Busy water dispenser company requires an **_Administrator_** to join its team in this position at its Newhouse Industrial Estate office. The role is office based and is Monday to Friday. This role of **_Administrator _**is part of a well-established team and part of a company that values its employees and has excellent retention throughout the business.

The role of **_Administrator _**includes:

- Supporting and reporting directly to the Sales Manager in the day-to-day running of the busy sales office
- Taking orders from clients for additional products and service requests
- Liaising with customers to organise delivery/collection times to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and high services standards are met.
- Dealing with general account queries.
- Preparing various spreadsheets to a high standard for analysis
- Day to day help across various departments
- General office duties including filing

The role of **_Administrator _**requires:

- Strong communication skills.
- Competent in the full Microsoft package.
- Ability to build good relationships over the phone
- Polite telephone manner
- Able to deliver a high level of customer service
- Be able to multi-task and work under pressure during business peak periods (Summer months being the peak period)
- Able to work as a team to cover other roles and holiday cover.
