- next to Eurocentral.

**Background**

R&J have been established since 1968 and specialise in providing a multi-trade reactive repairs for our housing association clients with the emphasis on a personal service and pride in works, we work as a team with our clients to provide an effective and reliable repairs service targeted for the tenant.

**Job description**
- customer call handling
- creating and distributing repair orders through our bespoke repairs IT system
- updating clients with repairs status
- monitoring job progress and updating with required documents
- coordinating sub-contractor repairs
- general clerical duties
- processing sales and purchase invoices, receipts and payments.
- to assist in job costing using cost schedules
- preparing and distribution of quotes
- attend operational client meetings
- 36.5 hour week

**Essential requirements**

Good Computer literacy /IT knowledge. (MS Office)

Good writing, numerate, analytical and problem‐solving skills.

Knowledge of principles and practices of organisation, planning, records management and general administration.

Ability to communicate effectively.

Driving license

Minimum 5 years experience in general office responsibilities and procedures.

**Desirable**

Experience in the housing maintenance sector

Experience with NHF schedule of rates

**Salary**: £24,300.00 per year
