West London Trust are embarking on an exciting new pilot service for the winter months to strengthen and improve our oversight of flow within the acute and crisis care pathway.
We are looking for exceptionally motivated staff who enjoy working at pace with excellent communication skills. This service will initially run from October 23 and we are keen to attract staff externally and internally, therefore are offering secondments and some permanent / fixed term roles. Over the course of this pilot service we will discuss your development and career aspirations and you will have access to the Trusts learning and development opportunities through the Personal Development Review (PDR) process. Towards the review in March 24 we will work with you to understand how we can support your career within West London Trust and be able to determine if the service will continue or identify a number of roles available to consider as your follow on from this pilot service. Staff can be employed permanently and will be fully supported to find the right follow on role for them. West London are keen to work with staff in order for them to grow and develop within our organisation through offering career development and a Talent Pool programme
