We are seeking a highly experienced Ward Manager to lead our inpatient ward, focusing on delivering high-quality patient care and leading by example.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating clinical aspects of the ward, implementing policies and procedures, and supporting staff development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all clinical aspects of the ward and ensure co-operation between clinical departments.
  • Implement clinical and administrative policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Support staff through debriefs, appraisals, training, meetings, and development of evidence/research-based practice.

  • Salary range from £40,000 to £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Requirements
  • A qualified RMN/RNLD with a valid NMC pin number.
