**Job Title**: Complex Support Worker
**Location**: Warrington
**Salary**: £23,296
**Responsibilities**:
Providing care and support to children with complex needs, including personal care, medication administration, and assistance with daily living tasks
Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families, professionals, and other stakeholders
Supporting children with social and leisure activities, promoting independence, and facilitating positive relationships with family members and peers
Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in your care, following safeguarding procedures and risk management plans
Keeping accurate records and documentation, including daily logs and incident reports
Attending training and development sessions, as required
**Requirements**:
Experience with tracheostomy and gastrostomy is needed.
A caring and empathetic approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A flexible approach to work, with the ability to work shifts and weekends as required
A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
A DBS check that is satisfactory to the employer
