Recruitment Office Administrator

**Job Title: Recruitment Office Administrator**
**Hours of work: 9am to 4pm (Monday to Friday)**
- **Salary £13.00/hr.**
- **Pension available if you are interested.**
- **Holiday pay in place**
**Duties**
- Bookings of shifts which the business development executive provides.
- Dealing with telephone calls in a friendly manner
- Maintaining good communication with staff and customers
- Ensuring all our agency workers’ training and documents are up to date, and action on anything which is due to expire.
- Work closely with the Registered Manager, Business manager and the directors.
- From time to time, you may be expected to work longer than your contracted hours, but you will be paid for that.
- Advertising jobs, screening applicants, and taking them through the recruitment process and checking all the compliances. (Training provided)
