**Constellation Automotive Group - 18-month Commercial & Sales graduate scheme**

**Location: National/Hybrid - you will hold a full UK driving license and be happy to travel with overnight stays as required**
- **_Starting salary of £27,000_**:

**What’s in it for me?**

Our Commercial & Sales scheme consists of 6-month placements that span across our commercial and sales divisions. As part of this scheme, you will be educated on our Group and our customer base and will get the opportunity to work with both corporate clients and customers.

After an initial induction, you will get the opportunity to go on rotation across the Group, in businesses including cinch, Marshall and BCA UK.

Placements will take place in locations such as Manchester, London, Milton Keynes and across the UK so you need to be happy with frequent overnight stays.

A senior mentor and a buddy will be provided to support you and make sure you get the most out of each rotation. We do expect you to make the most of these placements and maximise your experience. You will be part of a larger cohort of graduates in other business areas and this community provides a great source of insight and experience you can draw on.

- _Develop commercial acumen and understanding, as well as negotiation skills, objection handing and customer service skills_
- _Develop soft skills such as emotional intelligence, communication and interpersonal skills_
- _Learn how to perfect your presentation skills and personal impact_

**What qualifications and skill set do I need?**
- 2:1 degree or above, or predicted if graduating in 2024
- Right to work in the UK, we are unable to sponsor on a skilled worker visa for this role and we cannot accept graduate visas
- You will need to be driven, proactive in your approach and confident to collaborate
- A strong communicator, both written and oral, who builds relationships with stakeholders and can influence others
