An Opportunity has arisen to join the Patient Flow team at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust as Band 3 Administrators. The patient flow admin team deal with referrals from within the hospital and community teams and work with the Patient flow team to assist with safe and timely discharges. We are looking for motivated individuals to be part of a busy, proactive and inclusive team, working within the hospital and linking with the community.

**Part time position**: 20 hours

Under the guidance and supervision of the senior members of the flow team the post holder will provide call/referral handling and administrative support to the team.

Work closely with the case manager, members of the flow team and the wider MDT in the assessment / discharge of patient both within and external to the organisation in line with Government Guidelines.

The post holder will be expected to work under their own initiative and sometimes under limited supervision.
