To support the running of the administration function of the North Yorkshire and West Yorkshire Council - Health and Adults Services Team maintaining accurate systems, providing support and undertaking general office duties.

**The post holder’s main responsibilities are to**:

- Access and update SystmOne/Liquid Logic with data base information from Airedale NHS Foundation Trust Flow Team and HAS (Health and Adult Services) staff.
- Deal with telephone enquiries from patients, the public, staff and other health and social service departments.
- Be competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Complete routine administration tasks (including typing, photocopying, Prepare lists and information for meetings)
- Complete all duties in a timely and efficient manner.
