We are looking for someone that has the qualities to become a proficient and reliable Administration and Finance Officer.

As the successful applicant will hold responsibility for the schools budget and all HR, they will need to:

- have a minimum of grade C GCSE in English and Maths or an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
- have excellent people skills,
- have current knowledge and experience of budgeting in a school
- have current knowledge and experience of HR in schools
- be able to communicate effectively with staff and Governors.
- be able to manage busy situations professionally and sensitively
- have a current working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office,
- be cheerful, flexible, enthusiastic
- be a team player
