BeGreen Cleaning is an ethical, environmentally focused commercial cleaning company. Our Head Office is in a small rural office based in Winchester.
This is a varied office-based role, where no two days are the same. It is a customer focused role, primarily supporting our Company Directors, clients and team members.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records Manage laundry on site as required Planning and organising rotas and shift cover as necessary Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
**Qualifications**:
- Proficient in using computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
Hybrid working will be considered once competency levels are fully embedded.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
