We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with enquiries, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate sales/ sales leads from customer call lists
- Answer customer enquiries and provide product information
- Process sales & purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Manage sales administration activities for the sales team
- Other Ad hoc duties as directed by line manager

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & work under own initiative
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
