**HR Coordinator Team Leader**
**Role Purpose**
To monitor the processes completed by the Support Centre team and ensure all employee lifecycle changes are managed effectively and efficiently.
This is an agile working role (50:50 split between home and our Bury office)
**Key Accountabilities**
- Team Leader role with responsibility for seeking quick and accurate resolution for escalated queries
- Supervise and take ownership of managing day to day queries from within the team
- Assist Senior Coordinator with management of team e.g. assisting with check ins, 121's, coaching, mentoring and training other members of the team
- In conjunction with the Senior HR Coordinator, team development and assisting with people queries.
- Work as a key part of the HR Services team with the aim of continually improving communication with the business and harmonisation of processes
- Accountable for contract/letter generation for employee lifecycle processes (joiners/changes etc), with associated paperwork when required including Right to work document audited and any issues raised and resolved in a timely manner
- Accountable for audits of data when required, e.g. HR data input and Docusign
- Assist with continued accurate business structure and data in HR System, eg. maintaining position data & correcting history
- Maintain and update Standard Operating processes as required and assist in keeping the team informed of any changes to the process
- Collaborating with all relevant parties in order to review the service offered and to resolve any issues
- Development of HRS offering to the business in conjunction with the Senior HR Coordinator and HRS Manager
- Presenting BDM, HRBP & POPS inductions as & when required
- Preparation of metrics in accordance with agreed SLA's for the team and individuals
- Monitoring SLA's daily/weekly - following up when required
- Ad hoc projects as and when required
- Responsible for continuous improvement plan of team, and of GKi in conjunction with the Senior HR Coordinator
- General correspondence and administration
**Person Specification**
- Communication - clear, simple, unambiguous and well structured, and to have confidence in dealing with all areas and levels within our business
- Experience of leading a team, completing 121s, coaching and training
- Meet customers' needs whilst setting achievable expectations.
- Knowledge of Right to work checks, Data Protection, GDPR & Right to work.
- Issue & conflict resolution - take in information quickly and accurately and work independently to propose solutions to problems
- Ability to react positively to sudden and unexpected changes in demand
- Prioritising and managing own and others workload taking accountability and responsibility for completion
- Experience of HR
- Good level of literacy and numeracy with a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent grade, A-C including English language and Maths
- CIPD or studying towards gaining the qualification
- Intermediate level of IT literacy with Excel, database administration, Word and preferably PowerPoint and Visio
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR system would be an advantage
