The Transport System & Data department is a diverse and open team, with a supportive structure which encourages problem solving and innovate thinking.

This role is exciting and varied and will be working within the Transport Systems & Data Team supporting 7 transport departments with their process and reporting requirements, along with the new implementation of the Transport Centre's core database. The database is used to control the SG Fleets, drivers and other assets, ensuring our legal compliance. With approx 2500 users relying on the system, this role offers vital support to its internal stakeholders.

**Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required**

Essential
- Excel expert, confident using formulas
- Previous experience of reporting, strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to assimilate information
- Understanding or practical experience of business process evaluation, development, life cycle project management
- Effective communication and influencing skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work on own initiative, excellent planning, organisation and time management skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships with suppliers, support functions and colleagues including manager & director level

Desirable
- Experience of writing database queries (SQL or Excel)
- Transport/Fleet Management/logistics or related experience
- Basic knowledge of GDPR
