**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Review all technical documentation requirements complying with Project specific requirements.
- Preparation of all documentation ensuring that submissions are in the correct format including transfer onto client templates.
- Liaise with client in submitting documentation up to final approval stage, including the uploading of documentation into client portals.
- Liaise with drawing office to ensure that all technical drawing requirements of the vendor data requirements list are completed and submitted in a timely and correct manner.
- Contact suppliers to ensure that that all required certificates have been submitted and have the required information.
- Produce hard copy Vendor Data Books as required.
- Book in all project enquiries onto quotation database, allocating number, opening file and maintain data base as quotes are submitted, won and lost.
- Check new orders against quotations, raise contract file, maintain order intake sheet and ensure that the Sales Order Entry form is completed by the engineer.
- Complete Sales Order Processing on CRM system and invoice order when delivered.
- Arrange and participate in Contract Review meetings
- Ensure that procedures within the Projects Department are correctly followed and implemented.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure that Engineering and Manpower Services operational matters within the Projects Department are properly dealt with in a timely manner.
- Update Company Pre-Qualification and submit client Pre-Qualification forms as required.

**Skills and Experience**
- Methodical and organised
- Keen eye for attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word - MS Project also an advantage
- Excellent administrative skills
- Able to work individually and within a team
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent work ethic
- Previous knowledge of Technical Documentation handling would be useful
