Robertson Bell are excited to partner with this exciting project-based not-for-profit organisation as they go to market for a PMO Administration Officer on a permanent basis. This role offers crucial support to Project Managers and will give you exposure to a variety of research projects. Do not miss out on the opportunity to join this collaborative and diverse team
The key responsibilities include:
- Offer vital support to Project Managers throughout the full life-cycle of each project to ensure all administration tasks are completed accurately
- Assist Project Accountants by reviewing budgets regularly to ensure they are adhered to
- Utilise multiple software’s and tools to properly document and input crucial project information
- Organising and prioritise administrative work that is required to ensure they are completed in a timely manner
- Self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
- A good communicator, with great written English skills
- Capable dealing with a high volume of complex administrative duties
- Well-versed in budget controls and have experience using finance systems
- Hard-working and have experience working in, or the desire to work for, a not-for-profit organisation
