We Staff are hiring a full-time Office Administrator to join our clients sales team in Wallingford.
This position will be responsible for the administrative functions of the sales department and to provide administrative support to the sales team
**Job Title**: Sales Office Administrator

**Salary**:£24,000 - £27,000 DOE
**Start Date**: 1st September 2023
**Responsibilities & Requirements**:
- All Administrative tasks associated with HT Solutions both within the UK and abroad.
- Supporting the national sales team and ensuring effective processing of orders and on time customer delivery.
- Invoicing, managing logistics, POD’s and Internal Sales
- Order taking, processing and some quoting
- Monitor and control margins.
- Ordering, cost control and assisting with stock control
- Assisting with Sales and Marketing of existing and new products
- Administration of H&S and quality controls.
- Assisting Management when required
- Any other tasks which may be required.
