**Tripp Hearing is seeking a confident, enthusiastic individual to join the administration team to ensure the smooth running of our new Wallingford practice.**
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and telephone queries
- Managing the diary for the audiology team
- Operating the practice management system
- Processing invoices and client payments
- Ordering stationary and office supplies
**Individual Requirements**
You must have a confident telephone manner with excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively. This is a role where you will be required to learn about the industry and use this knowledge when dealing with clients.
Experience of working in a similar role would be ideal but not essential.
**This role is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30.**
**Benefits**
- A competitive starting salary of £22,000 - £25,000 pa depending on experience
