Key responsibilities of the Finance Administrator:

- Monthly cash extraction and relevant reporting
- Processing invoices and payments and obtain relevant approval from the business leads
- Bank Reconciliations - GBP-Euro and USD
- Assist with the statutory external audit process for legal entities within areas of responsibility
- Assist with insurance integration for all new acquisitions
- Ensure all relevant Companies House filings are complete and submitted in a timely manner
- Undertake special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed
- Daily post review and actions as required, forwarding on relevant items
Key requirements for the Finance Admnistrator:

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of excel of Microsoft Office programs
- Strong organisational skill with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise in a face paced environment
- Confident individual that can communicate at all levels
- Good Communication skills are critical with the ability to converse at all levels
- Attention to detail and accuracy is critical
- Solution-focused, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong analytical skills, with a good command of detail
- People oriented with excellent client facing skills
- Ability to self-motivate and work toward deadlines with limited supervision
- The ability to work to tight deadlines, under pressure to produce accurate and complete results
