To help meet customer demand, we are looking to expand our office technical support team.
**The role**:
We are looking for a colleague who is organised, with excellent attention to detail and loves working in a fast-paced environment.
As our Technical Administrator you will be assisting our overall technical department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technical administrator to join an established business on a full-time permanent basis. **Principle responsibilities but not limited to**:
- Providing assistance across the business to all technical team members.
- Keep on track with updating relevant departments job records.
- Completing warranty replacement documents for charger installations.
- Assisting in the modification of outgoing quotations.
- Be able to multitask and manage information across multiple platforms to successfully deliver this role.
- Recognise when you are unable to assist with the issue in the first instance, ensuring the problem is escalated to the correct department.
- Liaising directly with engineers onsite with charger issues and relaying information on when necessary.
- Delivery of excellent customer service.
- Has a proactive attitude in problem solving and help identify continuous improvement opportunities.
**Person Specification**:
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Have the ability to recognise when a situation requires immediate attention (training given).
- Is a fast learner.
- MUST be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Have an excellent phone manner.
- Have experience in working with people on different levels.
- MUST have excellent administration skills as many back-office duties included.
- Be committed, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and have good interpersonal skills.
