About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Administrator to join our team at HSB Technical Ltd. As an Accounts Administrator, you will work closely with our accounts team to provide assistance with varied tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidating weekly payroll hours, updating wages journals and Pension contributions, inputting supplier invoices onto Sage50, paying weekly wages on to the bank, and paying proforma invoices and expense claims when needed.

To be considered for this role, you should have 2 years' experience in accountancy/bookkeeping, possess Sage50 software experience, hold AAT or relevant bookkeeping certification, and be proficient in using Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weekly payroll hours consolidation and emailing to our payroller
  • Updating wages journals and Pension contributions
  • Inputting supplier invoices onto Sage50
  • Paying weekly wages on to the bank
  • Paying proforma invoices and expense claims when needed

Estimated Salary: £13.33 per hour
