The Event Management Graduate Programme is a comprehensive training programme designed to equip graduates with the skills and knowledge required to pursue a career in event management. **Learning Structure**

The Event Management Graduate Programme is structured around a combination of classroom-based training and on-the-job learning. Graduates will be assigned to a team and will work alongside experienced event managers to gain practical experience and learn from their expertise.

**Workshops**

The programme includes a series of workshops that cover a range of topics related to event management, including project management, marketing, event logistics, risk management, and financial management. These workshops are designed to provide graduates with a solid foundation of knowledge and skills required to succeed in the industry.

**On-the-job learning**

Graduates will also have the opportunity to gain practical experience by working on live events. This will include tasks such as event planning, stakeholder management, event set-up, and on-site event management. Graduates will work alongside experienced event managers and will be given increasing responsibility as their skills and knowledge develop.

**Modules to be learned in the workshop**

Project management: understanding the event lifecycle, setting objectives, and developing a project plan.

Marketing and promotion: developing a marketing plan, creating promotional materials, and utilising social media to promote events.

Event logistics: managing logistics such as transportation, venue selection, and equipment rental.

Risk management: identifying and managing risks associated with events, such as safety concerns and financial risks.

Financial management: budgeting, forecasting, and managing expenses for events.
