**What are we looking for?**

Would suit someone who is bilingual in Hindi/Urdu.

We are looking for passionate, hardworking people with either events background or someone looking to get into events planning and campaigns.

You will report directly to the events team leader. This is a fast-paced role that has the unique feature of being admin based alongside gaining invaluable hands on experience in events management and marketing.

This role would suits a recent marketing, business or events graduate, people looking for a career change early in their careers or mums looking to return to work

Your main responsibilities would be
- Hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks including processing bookings
- Updating spreadsheets and databases with financial and non-financial information.
- Greeting incoming enquiries and ensuring high levels of customer care at all times.
- Liaising with various departments across the business to ensure consistency
- Assisting in all aspects of the organizing of events
- Ability to multi-task and manage your own time
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Ability to use your own initiative and be pro-active
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Great attention to detail and organisation skills
