- Proven experience as an Event Organizer or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure timely event execution
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members
- Knowledge of hotel and guest services industry standards and practices
- Experience in fundraising events or restaurant management is a plus
