We are delighted to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Department Co-Ordinator to join our technical team, in line with our vision of becoming the **Best Event Campus** in Europe.

Our technical team work closely together in a busy environment, ensuring that all expectations are exceeded by providing the highest quality service to each event. The Department Co-Ordinator will be a key post within our expanding production team, helping deliver excellence in technical services across all sectors of our business.

Key duties will include:
To provide technical, administrative and clerical support to the Technical Services team.

To process client orders for technical services across conferences, exhibitions and live entertainment. Ensuring all relevant information is shared across event delivery teams.

To enhance departmental progression by assisting with the strategic development of policies, procedures and associated documentation.

To assist in the day-to-day running of the Technical Services Department, supporting all colleagues as required.

Able to find creative solutions to complex problems, they will have a positive attitude and be driven to deliver seminal, life affirming event experiences.

They will be highly organised, with excellent people skills used to working with an array of clients in a range of challenging environments. Customer service will be at the forefront of their mindset, always **conveying our core values of teamwork, respect and positivity.** At all times, they will embrace our mission statement; Best Venues, Best People, Best Events.

**Desirable experience includes high competency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software and experience of the demands of a busy event venue.**
