**About the Role**:
In this role you will act as a technical pre-sales specialist and become a team member of the Enterprise Sales department focussed on delivering the RiskFlow orchestration technology to the market. You will work with the UK sales, product and professional services teams to define a technical sales strategy for each prospect and for wider use-cases. In addition, proactively identify opportunities with existing customers for new product launches and create interest for Signicat products/services the customer might not use today.
**What you will do**:
- Design and configure solution strategies based on the Signicat product suite
- Deliver and customize product demonstrations and interactive workshops
- Lead and deliver technical Proof of Concepts and Pilot Projects
- Deliver technical content for RFP responses
- Handle presentations at trade shows and conferences
- Stay current on the latest technology and contribute to the technical direction of the company while keeping a customer-centric approach
- Ensure proactive communication with customers (technical and non-technical) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Be a technical advisor to customer's senior IT and Business management
- Become an expert level coach, mentor and trainer for a community of partners and customers
- Proactively reach out to existing customers for new product launches or to create interest for Signicat products/services the customer might not use today
- Bridge and seek knowledge internally at Product
**What we expect**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, IT or another related field or equivalent
- 5+ years experience working as a Technical Sales or Technical Pre-sales with a solution provider in the Fraud, AML, Identity Verification space
- Strong understanding of market regulations and trends in the area of fraud detection, KYC/AML, identity verification
- A strong understanding of different products, strategies and solutions used in the market in relation to fraud, AML, and Identity verification
