Duties will include:
- Data entry using sage (all training will be given on sage).
- Book Keeping
- Making appointments and diary entry
- All general office tasks and administration
- Customer service
- Greeting visitors to the office
**Skills**:
- Good knowledge of computer skills and office procedures essential. IT Literate using Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and enjoy data entry
- Be organised and methodical when completing works.
- Good telephone manner & customer relations essential
- Needs to be confident & competent.
- Work as both part of a team & independently.
- Prioritise tasks to keep to schedule
- Have the ability to assess and take control of a situation.
24 hrs (3 days per week Monday, Tuesday, Friday 9am - 5pm).
