Do you have experience in Trusts?
Nigel Wright a delighted to be partnering with a bespoke tax firm based in Newcastle, who are looking to bring in a Trust Advisor to their established team.
**The Role**
As a Trust Advisor, a typical day could include:

- Looking after a portfolio of Trusts from a variety of clients.
- Trust administration requirements including the completion of trust accounts and related tax returns.
- Annual compliance meetings.
- Preparation of a variety of different trustee documentation.
- Liaising with beneficiaries where requires and collaborating with different fee earners around the business.
- Assisting in managing private client matters.
- Where required, advising on inheritance tax and capital gains tax.
- Maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients.
- Assisting to develop new relationships in order to gain new business for the firm.

**The Requirements and Process**
To qualify for this role as a Trust Advisor, you should:

- Have experience working in a similar role.
- Be a qualified solicitor, CILEX, AAT, ACA, ACCA, ATT or CTA qualified.
- Proven client management skills.
- Be confident working with technology.
- Enjoy a fast paced environment.
- Be a confident and professional communicator.
- Be a good team player and enjoy working with others.
