Job Title: Travel Money Advisor

About the Role:

As a Travel Money Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert for customers seeking foreign exchange solutions. You'll work closely with our retail customers to understand their travel and currency needs, providing tailored advice and support to ensure their experience is seamless and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to gain a deeper understanding of their travel and currency requirements
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on Travelex products and services
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
  • Utilize your analytical skills to process daily online FX requests and deliveries
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards, adhering to Travelex compliance procedures
Requirements:
  • Numerical proficiency, with a strong grasp of numbers and attention to detail
  • IT proficiency, with experience working with computers and in-house till systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships and providing exceptional customer service
  • Desire to succeed, with a drive to make a positive impact and deliver exceptional results
