- The Role
- The People Experience Advisors sit within the People Experience team and are part of the People & Culture Department. The People Experience Advisors report directly to the People Advisory Team Manager and have a dotted reporting line to a People & Culture Business Partner with whom they have an aligned client portfolio.
- The role routinely collaborates with People Experience Assistants, Global Mobility Advisor, Senior Employee Relations Manager and other specialist teams, such as Systems & Data, Talent & Resourcing, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, and Learning & Development.
- Skills and Experience Required- Previous HR experience at HR Assistant / HR Advisor level-
- Highly proactive, organised and efficient with strong judgement and a commercial outlook-
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively-
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, persuade, challenge and influence effectively and become a trusted advisor-
- Excellent communication skills-
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment in which business priorities frequently change-
- Agile, flexible and adaptable in thinking and approach-
- High accuracy and attention to detail-
- Ability to prioritise effectively, forward-thinking and pragmatic-
- Exceptional IT skills (Teams, Office 365 - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)-
- Ideally experienced in a Professional Services environment, but not essential-
- Ideally CIPD professional qualification, but not essential#LI-JC1
