Working closely with the HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Be the first point of contact for all HR enquiries.
- Advertise vacancies to job boards
- Screen CVs and conduct first stage telephone interviews
- Organise and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Prepare offer letters and contracts
- Manage the completion of the full new starter checklist, including reference requests
- Organise and coordinate company induction
- Manage absence record keeping
- Supporting the preparation and administration of the company’s payroll
- Manage the leaver process end-to-end
- Support the HR Manager as and when required, including in their absence

This is a local, office-based role that champions a healthy work-life balance. You’ll be working fixed hours for a growing company in a secure industry, surrounded by a team of warm and friendly people.

Previous HR experience is essential and a CIPD qualification would be advantageous.
