**About the role**:
We’re looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic Executive Assistant Apprentice to join our dedicated team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and develop new skills while earning a Level 2 or 3 Business Administration qualification (equivalent to an A Level). There is plenty of opportunity for career progression too. In fact, many of our apprentices go on to hold permanent, full-time roles in the company after completing their apprenticeships.

The main responsibilities for this role include:

- Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the senior managers you are supporting
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation if the business dictates
- Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines and supporting with these
- Administrative duties for Senior Management and HR Team
- Taking on Adhoc administrative duties to support the Senior Management Team
- Minute taking in meetings
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Liaising with all departments on behalf of senior management
- Helping to drive new internal company initiatives
- Getting involved in projects to expand and improve the products and services offered to our customers

**About the person**:

- Highly computer literate and able to learn how to interact with new software easily
- High levels of motivation with a willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Highly organised
- Ability to work in a changing environment and adapt quickly to meet the needs of the company
- GCSE's or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A-C or levels 4-9)
