One of their divisions based on the Isle of Wight is an area of the business offers a telephone & video based service of regulated advice and guidance to customers

As a member of the team, your responsibilities will include
- Triaging calls with customers in order to ascertain information and then look to book them in with the Consultants.
- General administration in keeping records up to date.
- Ensure all customer files are kept up-to-date at all times.

You do not need specific financial services experience as this can be taught, however it is essential that you possess good communication skill, coupled with be organised, IT literate and willing to learn.
