By sourcing, delivering, and installing furniture for our clients, we aim to be the ultimate one-stop shop for the entire furnishing process.

**About the role**:

- Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Act as the dedicated liaison and operational site authority for issue resolution throughout the project timeline.
- Be accountable against departmental objectives and KPIs, aligning with the wider business strategy.
- Lead the development and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring on-time completion and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Take full responsibility for creating and managing project budgets and schedules.
- Schedule labour and fleet to deliver projects within budgeted costs and agreed timescales.
- Work closely with the commercial team to manage supply chain expectations and stock deliveries.
- Provide outstanding customer services at all times.
- Lead, mentor and motivate the site installation teams, promoting a positive culture to ensure LOFT vision and values are understood and form part of daily life

**About you**:

- Demonstrated success in leading and delivering multiple projects from inception through to completion.
- Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration within cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of financial implications in project planning and execution.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate site installation teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and implementation of best practices.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
