Business Administration Apprentice required for a busy team in St Helens.

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Business Administrator (Level 3 Standard)

**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Use systems such as Big Change, to schedule and QuickBooks to send invoices
- Organise jobs on our CRM System
- Generate jobs, quotes, re visits to jobs and track the work
- Call new and existing engineers who can help with our ongoing work
- Order materials for jobs
- Allocate jobs to engineers
- Generate, send and track invoices
- Call new and existing customers
- Send job cards to clients
- Assist with health and safety documentation
- Generate back & forth help
- Manage the schedule of engineers

**REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS**

**Required Skills**:

- Good telephone manner
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
- No experience is required as full training is provided
- Excellent use of spelling and grammar
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to work under pressure
