**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Administration of the internal learner experience platform, accessible to all our colleagues. (Adding new starters, updating changes and content as required)
- The primary contact for awarding organisations: ordering and safe storage of exam papers and certificates
- To initially contact all new Apprenticeship leads (apprentice and employer) as part of the onboarding and enrolment process
- Attend and minute actions at monthly Apprenticeship team and SLT meetings
- Co-ordinating the creation and design of marketing materials and liaising with internal marketing and graphic design teams to develop content fit for purpose.
- Ordering stationery supplies for the department, as required
- General office duties including filing, photocopying, franking and dispatch of post etc
- Creating and distributing certificates to colleagues on completion of courses / workshops
- Co-ordination of e-portfolio platform (Onefile), adding of new apprentices, password reset, changes to trainers etc.
- To actively and positively promote our services across social media platforms
- Additional ad-hoc administration or co-ordination as required by the business.

**Administration and Co-Ordinator Apprentice Skills and Qualifications**
- IT literate - Use of Microsoft Office is essential with emphasis on Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisation and time management skills
- A motivated, focused and pro-active individual - You will seek to meet and exceed expectations, and will look to foresee and predict problems before they arise
- An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- You will demonstrate professionalism, strong personal integrity and discretion
- A true team player you will contribute towards the wider team goals to foster success

**Desirable**
- Experience of using a MIS platform
- Maths and English from 4-9 (minimum of C grade equivalent)

**Salary**: From £17,000.00 per year
