**APPRENTICE ADMINISTRATOR**

**Fixed term (18 months)**

**Term Time (190 days) + 3 weeks**

**5 days per week (37.5 hours)**

**(Pro-rata salary £12,337 per annum)**

Wargrave House School (ages 5 - 16) & Ascent College (ages 16 - 25) operate a non-maintained special school and independent specialist college with an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding education and care to young people with Autism. We are the first national provider to receive Beacon status from the National Autistic Society.

As Business Administration Apprentice you will have the responsibility to provide intensive and wide-ranging support to all members of the team. We are looking for someone with a ‘can do’ attitude, a team player, with good communication skills both verbal and written.

**Duties include but are not exclusive of**:

- Answering the telephone and taking accurate messages
- Receiving visitors and referring to appropriate colleagues
- Photocopying and preparation of documents as required
- Updating and maintaining databases and filing systems
- Updating the Website
