**Main Responsibilities**
- To support and co-operate with the Student Recruitment Officer to ensure the provision of an effective and efficient enrolment service for Groomarts Academy.
- Contributing a vital service to support Groomarts in meeting its targets for student recruitment.
- Manage time effectively, prioritising work to meet demands and recruitment deadlines.
- To maintain accurate records in accordance with Groomarts requirements, ensuring compliance and maintenance of relevant systems.
- Ensure accurate input of student related data and using the student management information system.
- Provide a quality, customer focussed first line, advisory and information service, giving initial support and guidance on admissions policies and procedures.
- Monitor the responses of applicants and update the student management system as necessary.
- Assist the Student Recruitment Officer with Academy Tours when required.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
