**About the job**
The Senior Enrolment Executive is a senior sales role that requires somebody with integrity and experience of the white label business, to effectively achieve sales targets and positively contribute to the team culture. This will mostly be on a CORE partnership team, as well as being able to work on multiple partnerships to support business needs as they occur.***
As well as having ambitious enrolment targets, this role has an element of providing partnership support in terms of onboarding new starters, participating in webinars and events, supporting with training and taking part in other ad hoc projects in lines with business requirements. An important aspect of the role is contributing to team culture, engagement and growth. Your experience and expertise as a seasoned sales professional will be key in helping to define and nurture a hybrid working environment that is fun, ambitious, hardworking, supportive and industry leading.
Targets are likely to be inline with those of a Senior Enrolment Advisor, with the added partnership support element.
The breakdown of the different components of the role will flex with Business requirements and part of the nature of this role is to be agile with delivery, however as a guide:
80-90% time - Sales
10%-20% - Partnership support
**Main responsibilities**:
- Learning programs for other partnerships in quick time and boosting enrolments for near intakes
- Provide relief to partnerships that may be under performing or need senior sales support
- Support line manager and SETM with partnership support
- Support the training team with the onboarding of new starters
- Participate in team activities such as hosting Power Hour
- Engage with webinars
- Attend face to face events with students
- Champion correct systems usage within the team including Salesforce, YCBM, Tableau, NIC, Texting etc
- Provide feedback on student data to other functions and stakeholders
- Along with other sales executives, create and nurture a collaborative, fun and ambitious hybrid work culture
- Providing support to new starters
- Buddy/ mentor low performer
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Using activity reports and dashboards to monitor and drive personal performance in line with pre-determined sales KPIs and targets.
- Demonstrating key behaviours and 'leading by example' with your sales team
- Work flexibly and collaboratively with other members of the team.
**Essential skills, qualifications and experience**:
- Exceptional and proven sales track record of achieving targets and KPIs
- Excellent key business systems understanding including Salesforce, NiC, Essendex, YCBM, 15Five, Live Chat
- Excellent IT skills including using Office Suite
- Good data management and analytics skills
- Excellent communication (written and oral), networking and influencing externally and internally (in particular to work effectively with colleagues in Boundless Learning across different sites and within a matrix structure)
- Relationship building: in particular, with customers, employers, professional bodies, commercial partners, government agencies and within Boundless Learning
- Degree or equivalent professional qualifications
- Sales, B2C experience in a consultative service environment
- Knowledge of the UK HE sector
- Creative thinking and customer empathy
