**Overall purpose**

We are recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our Enrolment Team. We are looking for an individual who can provide effective and innovative customer service experience to our prospective students.

**Specific duties and responsibilities**
- Support our students proactively in the pre-registration process and in their progress throughout our programmes.
- Provide a professional and friendly service to customers and deal with a wide range of enquires within agreed organisation and department targets (KPIs)
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting and processing of enrolment forms on the student record system whilst ensuring all relevant support departments receive accurate and up to date information about specific student needs.
- Provide information, support and advice on non-academic queries (including but not limited to Regent College policies and procedures, finance, funding, health and welfare) and liaising with the appropriate departments, when necessary.
- Act as a central point of contact for student enquires.
- Maintain accurate records and information for students using MS Office suite, CRM system and internal student management systems.
- Help to develop effective processes to get the information required for a proactive approach to Student Support.
- Record data accurately to monitor students cases, progress and resolutions.
- Maintain awareness of current developments in relevant areas such as Regent College processes, practices and policies.
- Cover other areas within the department as and when required.

**Additional duties**:

- To provide accurate course and student information as required by the College.
- To attend team meetings and contribute to Quality Assurance reviews and audits.
- Maintain confidentiality in relation to all College information and comply with General Data Prospection Regulations.
- To be involved in the College staff development and training schemes. As well as participate in Personal Development Review procedures within the College.
- To adhere to the College’s Equality and Diversity Scheme with respect to the Regent College community.
- To comply with and implement the Colleges Health and Safety policy.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as and when required.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
