You will have a background in apprenticeship recruitment/enrolment with an ambition to pursue your own career goals. You will be joining a great team so must be a team player, comfortable working as part of a team and also on your own initiative. You will have excellent attention to detail and competent inputting data capturing all required fields, on online forms, before submitting to our Funding & Compliance department.

This is a remote role so a quiet space to work from is all you need, we will provide all necessary equipment to get the job done.

Although most of us are remote we do like to meet up in person, so there will be times where you are requested to travel to attend company conferences and training/meeting sessions with the rest of the department.

About the role

As the Apprenticeship Enrolment Officer, you will be providing an effective and timely service in the admission of apprenticeship applications for LMP Education. You will be responsible for the administration of all apprenticeship starts, ensuring fully compliant eligibility checking of your own enrolments. Applicant processing and communication with clients and delivery throughout adhering to the standardised process before handing over to our Funding and Compliance team. Identifying and being competent in resolving queries timely to support targets and meeting start dates correctly.

Your eye for detail and rigorous approach to quality will be crucial in ensuring that LMP Education meets its right first-time requirements, ranging from checking prior learning, identity, and residency checks, assessing initial assessments, and finally ensuring that we embed all our practices, core values, and exceptional customer service in this role.

Role and responsibilities

  • To undertake apprenticeship enrolments including enrolment appointments, the administration of on-line enrolment documents, and undertaking follow up actions as appropriate
  • Lead on the checking and verification of apprenticeship eligibility in line with funding rules and legislation
  • Conduct and assess prior attainment checks, review initial assessment results, review skills scan results and verify suitability for the standard with the learner and employer to determine prior learning/experience in line with programme and funding requirements
  • Work closely with Funding & Compliance to ensure right first-time approach on each applicant's submission
  • Working on a LMS system (Bud) uploading documents, pulling reports, using this system effectively to help drive the Funding & Compliance department to submit all applicants correctly
  • To undertake apprenticeship standards led discussions with learners and employers, ensuring they have the full understanding of the expectations of the apprenticeship standard being undertaken
  • To play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experience is at the forefront of all admissions processes and procedures

  • Experience in apprenticeships, eligibility and funding requirements - Levy and Non-Levy

  • Grades C/4 in math's and English and IT strengths
