We are looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Administrator to join our team based in Leeds.

**Responsibilities of the HR & Payroll Administrator**
- Creating and maintaining employee records
- Onboarding duties including issuing contracts of employment, induction paperwork, and setting up new starters on relevant systems
- Updating and maintaining HR and payroll databases (e.g., new hires, leavers, holidays, and absences)
- Payroll preparation by providing relevant data for holidays, absences, starters, and leavers
- Assisting the Head of Finance with processing monthly and weekly pay runs
- Enrolling new starters on to pension scheme
- Benefits administration
- Processing employee p45s
- Running payroll reports
- Managing payroll and benefits inbox
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
