Overall, Purpose of the Role:
To provide financial admin & support to the finance team and wider business.
Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Process sales invoices, investigating and solving any discrepancies
- Process purchase invoices, investigating and solving any discrepancies.
- Process sales and purchase cash transactions, investigating and solving any discrepancies.
- Maintain sales and purchase accounts, clearing overdue items to retain tidy ledgers.
- Manage customer claims / debit note rejections to maximise revenues.
- Provide cash management support, including cash book reconciliations and transaction posting.
- Support in the preparation of weekly and periodic management accounts.
General Responsibilities:

- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal controls and financial reporting within the business.
- Develop skills through training progression and taking on more senior tasks over time.
- Support the finance team through providing holiday cover and general support.
- Support with ad hoc projects.
