Fluency in Spanish is essential with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
A minimum of two years in a similar position
A Degree or equivalent in Business, Economics or Administration
Experienced with Microsoft Office software, including Excel
Familiar with SAP software
You'll have the ability to adapt communication styles and approaches to achieve the best from both internal and external stakeholders. Enjoys being part of a team and achieving shared goals with a keen attention to detail. You must have strong organisational skills with the ability to respond rapidly to changes and priorities.
So, what will a typical day look like as Finance Administrator?
The role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management and control of collections and billing for the UK market, providing the efficiency and oversight required to meet the financial and administrative obligations of the business.
The role requires a high level of attention to detail, thoroughness and excellent third-party relations as you'll be dealing directly with the client portfolio.
This is a Monday to Friday role (40hrs per week) that will offer hybrid working of 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.
