The business is very acquisitive and has ambitions to grow significantly over the next 2-3 years through organic growth and M&A activity.


Reporting to the CFO, the Group Financial Controller will be responsible for managing the finance function.
Managing and developing the group finance function, including group reporting, management reporting, Tax and treasury, Accounts Payable and Receivable, payroll and FP&A
Internal reporting, including consolidated monthly management accounts, and ad hoc reporting
Management of external audit and development and maintenance of a strong internal controls framework
Ownership of the statutory accounts audit process and tax filings
As the business continues to grow, you will support the CFO in the technical accounting aspects arising from the M&A activity. Interested candidates will be qualified, ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent. It is likely that you will have trained in practice and subsequently worked in industry as a Financial/Group Financial Controller.
