Finance Administrator

Taylor Rose MW are looking for a new Finance Administrator to join our talented and dedicated team in the Peterborough Office.
Assisting the RCP and Consultants Finance Team to ensure the administrative functions within the Department runs to a professional standard together and ensuring that the Solicitors Accounts Rules are adhered to in all transactions.
We at Taylor Rose MW are a Top 60 Law Firm looking for a new addition to the Peterborough Finance Team. You will be working alongside a very talented and hard working team to ensure that the financial aspect of the business is ran smoothly and to a high standard in which we strive to maintain.
This role involves but is not limited to:
Reconciliation of Consultants billings and deduction.
Resolving errors and liaising with Consultants to reach a satisfactory conclusion.
Setting up and processing new Consultants onto the Finance platform (3E).
Assisting with clearing and closing Consultant ledgers for existing and recent leavers.
Capturing and reporting on internal charges and raise any discrepancies.
Updating Word and Excel documents.
Assist in and monitor data transfers including DPS and 3E.
Photocopying/scanning and file administration
Taking and making client phone calls
Taking phone messages for other team members
**Requirements**:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Accounts or Administration experience.
Ability to work using own initiative as well as taking instruction.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Strong numerical skills.
High attention to detail.
Excellent customer service.
Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders in the business.
Able to take direction from team but also work independently.
