Compliance Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Compliance Coordinator / Administrator **within our Biffpack team based in **Stratford-Upon-Avon**.
The role will be full time with hybrid working, typically 1-2 days a week in Stratford Upon Avon office the other three to four from home.
This is a varied administration role providing key support to the Packaging and Waste Electrical Equipment (WEEE) compliance scheme function, including membership registration, member pre-checks, invoicing, creating and checking orders, arranging WEEE collections, invoice reconciliation, compliance data monitoring and ensuring compliance with all scheme processes.
**Responsibilities -**
- Responsible for member administration & first point of contact for member queries
- Collating and recording quarterly/annual returns,
- Data Analysis
- _Provide data template support for packaging weights to the data and consultancy managers._
- _Collect Packaging information for plastic reporting.._
- _Monitoring WEEE data against EA requirements._
- _Monitoring EEE Obligation against EA requirements._
- Providing administrative support with financial accounting
- Responsible for arranging WEEE & Battery Collections
**Requirements -**
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to multi task.
- Experience in dealing with customers, being first point of contact.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely internally and externally.
- Strong excel skills (VLOOKUP’s, IF statements etc) and able to work with large data files.
- Experienced in financial and purchasing systems.
- Experience in generating, checking and sending mailing communications to customers.
- High level of numeracy and literacy.
- Knowledge Producer Responsibility Regulations or similar (preferred).
- Ability to undertake supplier and customer communications.
