A position has become available in a close-knit company in Cullompton, Devon. Adopstar is looking for a highly motivated individual to join their ad operations team.

We use CRM platforms to perform a range of tasks. For example, setting up affiliate programme accounts, tracker URLs, managing migrations, and taking on projects for well-known brands. We oversee the administration of advertising efforts, setting up, perfecting, and executing marketing campaigns while making sure that all offers, deals, and links are functioning properly and effectively. We collaborate closely with marketing teams to give them the resources they require to successfully run their digital campaigns across a variety of platforms. Superb customer service abilities are necessary as a result. Reporting, efficiency, accepting responsibility, and ability to work in a close knit team are needed for this position.

As this is an apprenticeship position, full training will be provided.

- Proactive approach to daily tasks with a desire to exceed expectations.
- Attentive to detail.
- Capability to work within a team while being independently responsible for client accounts.
- Flexible hours required between 8am - 10pm depending on 1 in 4 weekly rota

**Desired (but by no means essential)**:

- Experience within a customer account management role.

**Qualification**:

- Level 3 in Digital Marketing

**Important Info**:

- For the first 12 weeks (or until you pass your settling in period) you will need to be in the office for training and thereafter working from home is available except Wednesdays, Company event days or during Client visits. Flexi hours are available between 8am-7pm however there will be requirements for static hours on a rota basis (1 in 4 weeks) at 2pm-10pm. There are also Sunday hours and bank holidays available at extra pay. Full training will be provided for all tasks and a technical minded person should not have any issues in picking this work up quickly.
