As a thriving eCommerce business, we are looking to strengthen our Marketing team. This is a really exciting opportunity to work across a whole range of digital & offline marketing channels and really drive awareness, engagement and traffic to a high-end, fast-growing brand which is focused on sustainability.

Your role will be centred around supporting this fast-paced company in acquiring new customers through offline reach, supporting improved SEO practices and owning specified online/offline D2C acquisition channels.

You’ll be working to deliver marketing plans to achieve business and sales objectives and develop multi-channel campaigns alongside the marketing team and our agency partners.

Within the nature of this role, we are looking for someone who is data-driven, analytical and a collaborative individual and someone who is comfortable working in a target driven Marketing role.

This is a really exciting opportunity for you to take a broad eCommerce role and put your stamp on it, taking the business from strength to strength.

**The Role**
- You will work closely within the marketing team to execute the wider marketing plan supporting the overarching strategy
- Own all offline D2C recruitment channels
- Own specified online D2C recruitment channels including referrals
- Work with the digital acquisition team to further excel organic traffic and paid ads
- Research customer events and follow through with events plans and management
- Work with offline connections & partnerships to target high quality customers
- Assist in co-ordinating and managing the day-to-day execution of promotional activities
- Monitor analytics to measure performance of activity
- Report on the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Assist in management of a busy ecommerce site

**Your Experience**
- Experience in a similar Marketing role
- familiar with eCommerce content management systems
- A positive attitude and willingness to solve problems
- Great organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and an understanding of brand tone of voice
- Ability to juggle various projects
- Enjoy and thrive in a target-driven environment
- Self-motivated and able to manage workload effectively and efficiently
- A strong eye for detail
- An analytical, organised approach to a busy workload
- Comfortable working with data and numbers
- A passion for artisan food and sustainability
- Experience with Canva and adobe with the ability to create basic assets preferable
- Experience with Klaviyo preferable.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
