Essential Experience and Skills for Production Operations Lead:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity within a food production setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
